ABOUT
Born in Paris, Gabriel Lievaux Palmeiro began his academic journey at Université Paris 1 – Panthéon-Sorbonne, where he first engaged with law from the perspective of the continental European legal system. Subsequently, he moved to Brazil and completed his degree at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). His practice is marked by solid experience in Civil, Business, and Procedural Law.
A specialist in International Arbitration and Private International Law, he is an active member of CCBC NEWGEN, the Young Arbitrators Committee (CJA) of the Brazilian Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA), and CCI YAAF. He contributed to the official Portuguese translation of the 2016 UNIDROIT Principles.
Fluent in Portuguese, French, and English, he focuses his practice on the resolution of judicial and arbitral disputes.
He is currently an attorney at Kincaid Mendes Vianna Advogados, where he is involved in strategic litigation, both before the Judiciary and in national and international arbitrations.
